Launch Day

We've had a fantastic time today visiting India, Australia, France and the USA for our launch. We've done art, dodgeball, learned a new language, food tasting and even some bush tucker trials!!

Safer Internet Day

On Tuesday it is Safer Internet Day. Children throughout the school will be taking part in activities to discuss how the internet can be a place to be positive with other people and not be used to upset people. The theme is CREATE, CONNECT and SHARE RESPECT. 

Therefore the children will be creating a piece of work which will be photographed and put on the blog. We would then appreciate it if families could make positive comments about the children's work which can then be shared with them to show how the internet can be used to connect people and show respect to each other.

This week we have looked at finding fractions of lengths. This week I would like you to measure objects at home and then see if you can find a half, a quarter or even three quarters of its length.
